cryoSPARC Cluster

The LSI and Michigan Medicine have deployed a campus-wide solution for running cryoSPARC that allows labs to get started with cryoSPARC and, for labs that are interested, to purchase additional computing as their needs grow. This resource 
  • provides basic computing resources for cryo-EM researchers,
  • removes the need for individual large computing systems residing in lab spaces and 
  • works works in conjunction with ARC resources.

RELION on Great Lakes
