High Throughput Screening

Location

The HTS facility is located in the Center for Chemical Genomics, Room 3238 Life Sciences Institute, 210 Washtenaw Ave., Ann Arbor, MI 48109-2216.

Primary Assays

The facility has compound libraries for both enzyme/protein-based assays and cell-based assays that can be performed in 96-384 well formats. The HTS staff can assist in primary assay development from assay optimization to data analysis including protocols, validation and selection of controls. Dose response

The HTS staff provides dose response confirmation and structure activity analysis. They will also assist in the selection of secondary assays to refine and confirm your "hits".

Training

The HTS facility also offers training on HTS instrumentation and computer-based SAR tools.
