Presentation by Martha Larsen, HTS Director, October 13, 2008

Principles of HTS: small molecules, high-content screening and siRNA High-Throughput Screening involves methods, techniques and instrumentation to test large collections of small molecules and natural products for target-based leads to exploit for drug design and biological tools. The Center for Chemical Genomics (CCG) will soon be expanding its current collection and its screening format to include siRNA and HCI (high-content imaging), offering researchers more options for target and pathway discovery.
