Instructions for New Users

The High Throughput Screening (HTS) facility is a central component of the Center for Chemical Genomics (CCG). This core facility is designed to assist academic researchers in carrying out high-throughput screens of chemical libraries and to identify new tools for biological research.

The first step to accessing CCG services is to enter an assay request at the Request Assay link and consult with the Associate Director, Dr. Richard Neubig (rneubig@umich.edu). He will discuss your needs with regards to what the CCG provides, possibly suggest some modifications to make your assay more "HTS-friendly", and help facilitate your entry into the CCG screening workflow. After placing an assay request, you may check the status at the Check Assay Status link.

Before screening can begin though, we will need a completed
