LSI Postdocs

Since January 2015, the LSI has been sponsoring an association of postdoctoral researchers working at the LSI - the LSI PD (Life Sciences Institute Postdocs).

This LSI-specific postdoc association is intended to bring postdocs together to learn about the work being done by their peers in this building, as well as gain perspective on the different systems being studied and the techniques being used. The hope is that these activities will facilitate networking within the LSI and encourage collaboration. At the same time, postdocs at the LSI will be provided with increased opportunities to present their work to a broader audience in an informal setting.  Sponsored events include social events, informal chalk talks, and semi-annual grant writing workshops.
